How it works
Phase 1
Strategy and audience mapping
We map who you are trying to reach on LinkedIn, what they would actually show up for, and which event format will land best. LinkedIn Audio for conversational topics. LinkedIn Live for visual or demo content. Hybrid for community-building. The format decision is the first one we make together because it determines everything else.
Phase 2
Event design and promotion
Title, hook, runsheet, and registration page (we use the live event page on globaldotmedia.com or your own). Promotion runs through Eny's LinkedIn account, your account, and our broader network for 7 to 10 days before the event. Most rooms fill 40 to 60% in the final 48 hours, which we plan around.
Phase 3
Live execution and multi-channel streaming
Eny hosts, co-hosts, or anchors the production while you deliver your part. We run the chat, surface live questions, manage time, handle technical glitches, and simulcast to LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and your own channels in parallel. You focus on the audience. We handle the rest.
Phase 4
Post-event monetisation
The replay goes out to attendees and registrants who missed it. The follow-up sequence routes warm leads to a discovery call, a book purchase, or whatever offer this event was funnelling to. Email list grows. Community gets one stronger touch point. Next event gets easier to fill because the last one delivered.
Why events beat content for service businesses
Posts are easy to scroll past. Events are hard to ignore. A registered event is a calendar entry, an email sequence, a reminder, and a live appointment with you. The same buyer who skipped your last twelve LinkedIn posts will show up to a 45-minute live event because they typed their email and committed to a date.
The compounding part is what makes the model work. Every event grows the email list. Every replay becomes a sales asset. Every attendee becomes a person who watched you deliver for an hour and now trusts you in a way no post can match. Twelve events in a year is twelve months of warming a community to buy. Twelve posts is twelve brief impressions.
Pricing
For authors and authors-in-progress: event management is bundled into your book writing and publishing package, Guaranteed Amazon #1 Bestseller campaign, or anthology publishing engagement. There is no separate fee. The events are how the launches actually work.
For non-author clients: live events start at £100 per event and scale based on production complexity, audience size, and whether the event is paid or free. We quote on the discovery call after we understand the goal.
Who this is for
- Authors running a book launch, a sustained sales push, or a community programme around their book.
- Coaches and consultants who sell to professionals and want LinkedIn to bring them an audience instead of an algorithm.
- Service businesses whose buyers are decision-makers, executives, or other professionals who research before buying.
- Speakers and trainers using LinkedIn events to fill paid programmes, courses, or in-person workshops.
- Faith and community leaders using events to gather, teach, and grow networks that turn into book sales, courses, or membership.
Who this is not for
B2C consumer brands. Anyone selling under £50 products on impulse. Anyone who refuses to show up live or record their voice. Anyone who wants automation hacks instead of a real audience relationship. We build communities. That requires a person on the line.
Frequently asked questions
What is LinkedIn Event Management exactly?
We plan, organise, host or co-host, and stream live events that use LinkedIn as the promotion engine and the venue. That includes LinkedIn Audio, LinkedIn Live, in-person events promoted through LinkedIn, and hybrid formats. The point is to turn your LinkedIn presence from a feed of posts into a calendar of events that build an actual community and generate leads.
How is this different from LinkedIn coaching?
Coaching teaches you to do it yourself. Event management means we do it. We design the event, fill the room from our network and yours, run the live production, stream to multiple channels, and follow up with the audience afterwards. You show up, deliver your part, and we handle everything else.
How do you fill the room?
We promote through Eny Osung's 25,000+ LinkedIn following, your audience, and our broader Global.Media network. Eny has hosted 200+ LinkedIn Audio episodes and weekly LinkedIn shows since 2022. Filling rooms is the piece most events get wrong, and it is the piece our reputation is built on.
Do you stream the event to my channels?
Yes. We simulcast every live event to your social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram if relevant) at the same time as our own. Your audience sees the event happening on the platforms they already follow you on, and the asset compounds across both networks.
Do I have to host live myself?
Not on your own. You can deliver the talk while Eny co-hosts, runs the chat, manages questions, and handles the production. You can also be a featured speaker on an event Eny hosts for you. The format we recommend depends on your strengths and the event goal.
How does pricing work for authors versus non-authors?
For author clients, event management is rolled into your publishing, book launch, or Guaranteed Amazon #1 Bestseller package. The events are part of how the launch actually works. For clients who are not publishing a book with us, live events are priced from £100 per event, scoped on the discovery call.
What is included in a single £100+ event?
Strategy and topic development, event title and copy, audience targeting, LinkedIn promotion through Eny's account, live hosting or co-hosting, multi-channel streaming, post-event replay, and a basic follow-up sequence to attendees. More complex events (paid, multi-session, in-person, large audience) are scoped separately.
How often should I run events?
Most service businesses get the best return from monthly events. Authors with active book launches benefit from a denser calendar (weekly or biweekly during launch windows). The rhythm is set together based on your audience size, your offer, and how much capacity you have to show up.
