The guarantee in plain English
If your book does not hit Amazon #1 in at least one named Amazon category during the launch window we agree at the start of your campaign, you get your full £1,100 campaign fee refunded. That is the whole guarantee. There is no “but”.
We make this guarantee because we have only run campaigns where we are confident the book can win. Phase 1 of every engagement is category research. If your book cannot reach #1 in a real category, we tell you before you pay, and we either suggest a different angle or decline the engagement. That is why our success rate is 100% to date.
What the guarantee covers
- The £1,100 Guaranteed Amazon #1 Bestseller campaign fee.
- The agreed launch window (typically 5 to 7 days at the end of the campaign cycle).
- At least one named Amazon category, agreed in writing during phase 1.
What the guarantee does not cover
- Separately scoped book production work: ghostwriting, editing, cover design, interior layout, and print distribution. Those are quoted separately on the Book Writing & Publishing service.
- Amazon advertising spend you authorise during the campaign. Those are pass-through costs, not part of our fee.
- Third-party costs: ISBN, KDP fees, paid PR, premium podcast appearances. Itemised in the proposal.
- Campaigns where the agreed launch plan is not followed (community mobilisation skipped, launch window changed unilaterally, key assets not delivered to us on time).
How the launch window works
The launch window is the period during which your book needs to hit #1 in a category for the guarantee to apply. We agree the window in your campaign plan, in writing, before launch.
For new books, the typical window is 5 to 7 days at the end of a 90-day campaign. For relaunches of existing books, the window is 3 to 5 days inside a 30 to 45 day cycle. The window aligns with the coordinated buying we run with our co-author network.
How to claim a refund (if you ever need to)
If your book does not hit #1 during the launch window, you do not need to ask. We confirm the result at the end of the launch window. If we have not hit #1 in any agreed category, we trigger the refund automatically and the £1,100 returns to your card or bank account within 14 days.

We choose the categories together during phase 1 of the campaign. We propose categories where your book is genuinely competitive. You approve them in writing before launch. Categories are real, named Amazon categories, never fabricated.
Have you ever paid out a refund?
Not to date. Every campaign we have run since launching this service has hit #1 in at least one Amazon category. We expect that to continue, which is why we make the guarantee.
