Discovery and outline
Two structured interviews to capture your story, expertise, audience, and the outcome you want the book to produce. We deliver a chapter outline, target reader profile, and positioning document before any writing begins.
Phase 2 · Weeks 3-12
Drafting
We draft the manuscript chapter by chapter from interview transcripts and your existing material. You review each chapter on a rolling basis. Ghostwriting, co-writing, and self-writing with editorial support are all available depending on how much you want to be in the chair.
Phase 3 · Weeks 13-18
Editing and revisions
Structural edit first, then copy edit, then proof. Two rounds of revisions are included. Books that need a third round get one without an upcharge if the manuscript is on track.

Production and distribution
Custom cover design, professional interior layout, ISBN registration, and distribution to Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and IngramSpark for global print-on-demand. How long does the full process take?

Do I have to write the book myself?
No. We offer three writing arrangements. Full ghostwriting where we write from your interviews. Co-writing where we shape your draft into a publishable manuscript. Self-write with editorial support where you write and we edit and produce. Choose at the discovery call.

Yes. The combined package is £4,100 and runs the publishing and launch on a single timeline. Most first-time authors take the combined package because the launch is what makes the book pay for itself. Standalone publishing is available if you want to launch later or independently.
Who owns the rights and royalties?
You do, fully. We are not a hybrid publisher and we do not take royalty cuts. The book is published under your name or pen name with your ISBN. All Amazon and IngramSpark royalties pay directly to your account.
Is this the same as a vanity press?
No. Vanity presses charge to take rights and lock authors into long contracts. We charge a flat publishing fee and you keep everything. We are an author services firm, not a publisher in the traditional sense. The model is closer to working with a senior editor and production team you hire directly.
