The process
The 90-day bestseller process, step by step.
Four phases over twelve weeks. Category research. Asset production. Community mobilisation. Launch week. Below is what we do, what you do, and what you receive at each phase. No mystery. No black box. The honest version of the playbook.
Days from kickoff to bestseller credential.
Phases. Each one with named deliverables and sign-off points.
Total time required from you across the full 90 days.
The four phases
Phase 1 · Weeks 1-3
Category research and positioning
Goal: Find the categories where your book can genuinely win and lock the metadata that wins them.
What we do
Run the category research. Pull traffic and competition data on the categories that match your book's content. Test 8 to 12 candidate angles, narrow to 3 to 5. Rewrite the metadata to win those specific categories. Send you the report.
What you do
Read the report and approve (or request changes). 60 to 90 minutes of your time across 2 weeks.
Deliverables
- +Category-research report (3 to 5 target categories named in writing)
- +Title, subtitle, and description revised for the chosen categories
- +Amazon keyword list (7 KDP slots filled)
- +BISAC code recommendations
- +Written sign-off from you on the category list before we proceed
Phase 2 · Weeks 4-8
Launch asset production
Goal: Build every asset the launch needs, tuned to the categories chosen in phase 1.
What we do
Produce every asset listed. Coordinate with cover and editorial teams if you are on a full publishing package. Schedule the asset cascade so launch week has everything it needs.
What you do
Final approval on cover, copy, and tone. 2 to 3 hours total across the 5-week phase.
Deliverables
- +Final cover (or cover refresh if existing book)
- +Back matter (about-the-author, call-to-action, links)
- +Amazon A+ content layout
- +Press release and shortlist of placements
- +Launch-day email sequence (5-7 emails)
- +Social graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X
- +Optional: 30 to 60 second book trailer
- +Pre-launch landing page on your site (or hosted on ours)
Phase 3 · Weeks 9-11
Community mobilisation
Goal: Build a real launch-day audience that wants to buy because they care about the book.
What we do
Run the outreach to the co-author network. Co-host the pre-launch events. Write the email sequence and the launch-team brief. Coordinate the buyer list. Pitch podcasts.
What you do
Show up to the pre-launch events. Activate your own audience (we draft the messages). 4 to 6 hours total across the phase.
Deliverables
- +Co-author network outreach: introduce the book to the existing community of past Global.Media authors
- +Pre-launch live event(s) on LinkedIn or Zoom to introduce the book to your own audience
- +Email-list activation: opt-in launch-day buyers list with explicit consent
- +Launch-team coordination: 30 to 60 named buyers committing to launch-day purchase + honest review
- +Podcast and feature placements where possible
Phase 4 · Week 12
Launch week
Goal: Hit Amazon #1 in the agreed categories. Capture the screenshot. Sustain rank past launch.
What we do
Run the entire launch week. Monitor rankings hour-by-hour. Tune ads. Coordinate the launch team. Capture screenshots. Produce the award graphic. Email the 30-day report.
What you do
Show up to the launch event. Reply to your own audience. 3 to 5 hours during launch week itself.
Deliverables
- +Coordinated buying windows across the agreed launch days
- +Real-time ranking monitoring (we watch every category every hour)
- +Amazon ads tuned to the targeted categories during the window
- +Reactive social and email pushes if a category is close to #1

- +Post-launch prize-draw party to thank verified buyers
How relaunches differ
For an existing book that did not hit bestseller on its first launch, we run a compressed 30 to 45 day cycle. Phase 1 is the same: category research and metadata revision. Phases 2 and 3 collapse into one (refreshed assets and audience activation inside 2 to 3 weeks). Phase 4 is a 3 to 5 day launch window.
The credential is the same. The price is the same (£1,100). The guarantee is the same. The timeline is shorter because the book already exists.
Why we filter at the front
Phase 1 is where we answer the only question that matters: can this book reach #1 in a real Amazon category? If the answer is yes, we run the full campaign. If the answer is no, we tell you in writing, refund any deposit, and stop. That is why the success rate is 100% and the money-back guarantee has never been paid out.
What this process is and is not
This is the process for the £1,100 Guaranteed Amazon #1 Bestseller campaign. It assumes you have a finished book. If you do not, the full Book Writing & Publishing package (from £3,000) wraps writing, editing, cover, interior, and distribution around the same 90-day campaign.
For anthology publishing, the process runs across multiple co-authors with shared launch coordination. The four phases are the same; the community-mobilisation phase is bigger because every contributor activates their own audience.
