Small Business e-Marketing Ltd trading as www.smallbiz-emarketing.com provides digital marketing services based on Monthly package fees that are taken in advance of services provided.
Online Advertising (Pay-Per-Click, Google Adwords, etc)
www.smallbiz-emarketing.com’s management (package) costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid.
You can cancel giving 14 days written notice before the next billing period.
Set up and configuration of Pay Per click and other online advertising services may be subject to an initial non-refundable deposit. Upon completion and final payment of non-recurring services no refund will be given as payment is taken as full agreement and sign off of the service.
Cost of 3rd party services and products (such Google Adwords and Bing Ads) will be subject to their own refund policy
Mobile marketing
www.smallbiz-emarketing.com’s mobile marketing services (package) costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid.

Cost of 3rd party services and products (such as Bariliance) will be subject to their own refund policy.

www.smallbiz-emarketing.com’s content creation services (package) costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid.

Cost of 3rd party services and products (such as research reports) will be subject to their own refund policy.
Market research and Traditional marketing consultancy
www.smallbiz-emarketing.com’s Market Research and Traditional Marketing Consultancy services are subject to a non refundable deposit.
Contracts are agreed on a daily or weekly basis. No refunds are available for daily and weekly contracts if canceled prior to the work taking place.
3rd party products and services such as market research reports are subject to their own refund policy.
Cancelation by Small Business e-Marketing Ltd trading
Small Business Ltd reserves the right to terminate its contract with a business that fails to provide the necessary package fees, set up and recurring costs for agreed digital marketing campaigns.
In these circumstances, the business will be charged the package costs for the reminder of the contract period (if within the initial 4 month period) or until the end of the current month.
Small Business Ltd will endeavor to contact the business of its intentions to terminate the contract verbally, by email and letter.
Refunds
Smallbiz-emarketing offers its services on a Business to Business basis. Where any service is intended and provided for a business, you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days before delivery of services (whichever is the longer).
Refunds will be returned by the means that payment was made. Online payments will be returned through the payment channel used by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Please explain the reason for the cancelation of a service and any reason that the service did not meet your expectations.
